This week, Chris and Lindsey discuss getting a B12 Injection! In our continuing series of experimenting on ourselves with various alternate forms of treating depression, this week we get B12 injected directly into our bloodstreams. We discuss the reasons to get a B12 shot, what its purported benefits are, the potential side-effects, and how we felt immediately afterwards.
As always, remember we are not professional medical personnel, and everything we describe is subjective, and based only on our experiences. Your mileage may vary.
